SHIPPING

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $35. Standard U.S. shipping is $4.79 to $5.49 approx, and international standard shipping is $18.

All products are made to order. Production usually takes 1–5 business days before shipping.

U.S. orders typically arrive 2–6 business days after shipment. Most packages are shipped via tracked mail (e.g., USPS First Class or similar).

International orders may take 15–30 business days, depending on destination, customs, and local carriers.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

1. Change of Mind (Wrong Model/Size)
Because every item is made-to-order just for you:
• Without Insurance: Returns are not accepted.
• With $1 Insurance: If you added the Non-Refundable Insurance at checkout, we accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items. The customer pays return shipping. To start a return, email tooncasess@gmail.com before your order enters production (as items print quickly).

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, the $1 insurance is not required. Contact us at tooncasess@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full refund (to your original payment method) or a replacement at no cost to you. Note: Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5") are not considered defects.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom/personalized items and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned, even if insurance was purchased. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we cannot refund taxes/duties collected upon delivery.
